It works on various focuses like people, interaction, communication, talents skills, and community. Its methodologies include Crystal Orange, Crystal Yellow, and Crystal Clear.

5. Lean

Lean works on principles like removing waste, early delivery, amplifying learning, empowering the team, building integrity, defer commitment, and optimize the entire process. With the motto to deliver at the earliest and reduce the development cost. It is an approach where the team releases minimum or basic features of the product and gets feedback from the users and then implements it into the final product.
